Home project management
Managing projects has been my primary occupation for several decades. I was a certified Project Management Professional until retirement, and I've learned to listen carefully, ask good questions, and cover the critical s details. Although the scale is different, many home projects have a lot in common with larger engineering and construction programs that I managed over the last several decades. They need a clear definition of scope and objectives, a review of possible alternatives, and thoughtful consideration of what could go wrong.
