Home Maintenance & Repair
I can perform ordinary home maintenance and upkeep tasks and can fix most things that go wrong with a house. Exceptions (things I don't do) include appliances, roofing, and heating and cooling systems). A few examples are listed here.

As a sole-practitioner, there's a limit to the size of project I'm able to do on my own. For larger projects, I can manage the work of contractors on your behalf, taking care of all the little things that seem to invariably pop up on remodeling and repair projects. Although I can bid on a specific job under some circumstances, most of my work is done at an hourly rate of $60.00.
